Nuyuku is sweet and bright coffee from the Sierra Mixteca in the state of Oaxaca, México. Although it is a fully washed coffee it comes out as waving the flag of a natural processed. The producers Cecilio and Inés are part of David Akle's collective of producers at Merchantia.
