Nuyuku means "in front of the hill" in Mixteco, the native language of this region of Oaxaca. This coffee is a bright and silky coffee. Although it is a fully washed coffee, it comes out as waving the flag of a natural processed. Cecilio and Inés have been coffee farmers since 1970, and together with Mechantia, work with coffee to preserve the fertility of the soil and the local ecosystems. In 2014, Cecilo and Inés' coffee won best cup in Mexico.
