Nuyuku is a bright and silky coffee. If brewed properly this coffee will taste super close to hibiscus flowers, and depending on your brewing ration, it could taste more like "saftevand" than tea. It carries a strong wild honey aroma, and a sweet acidity of black currant.

Nuyuku means "in front of the hill" in Mixteco, the native language of this region of Oaxaca. Cecilio and Inés have been coffee farmers since 1970, and together with Mechantia, work with coffee to preserve the fertility of the soil and the local ecosystems. In 2014, Cecilo and Inés' coffee won best cup in Mexico.
