Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our roastery in Copenhagen. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

We ship to Denmark and all countries within the European Union via Postnord and affiliated carriers.

Subscriptions

Coffee subscriptions include free shipping within Denmark. Subscribers receive their coffee on a recurring cycle aligned with our roasting schedule. You can pause, skip, or cancel from your account at any time.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Carriers

Once your order leaves our roastery, transit times depend on the carrier. KOMUNA is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or events outside our control. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
