Los Pinos is a crispy and rich coffee from the small town of Xicotepec, in the state of Puebla, México. This coffee is the result of years of obsession with quality and responsibility. Julia took over the farm from her parents with one condition: she would grow coffee in a way that truly made her proud. She transformed the farm to organic practices, then pushed further to become carbon neutral. Today, she enters her coffee in the Cup of Excellence every year, and her production is sought after by a small circle of specialty roasters around the world.
